"Serenity" is a brand-new private waterfront cottage that includes a BOAT and golf cart on a small island in the middle of the Exuma chain of islands overlooking Thunderball Grotto where "Splash," "Never Say Never" and "Thunderball" movies were filmed. Incredible sunsets, dock for sunbathing, fishing and enjoying the crystal clear water. Serenity includes a house with living room/ dining /bedroom, kitchen and bath; a bunkhouse (bedroom) next to the main house which has a double and three bunks; and a boathouse on the dock. House and bunkhouse are air conditioned. Complete kitchen. Sat TV, VCR, CD/tapedeck. Serenity is ideal for up to 2 couples or a family, with many people returning year after year. Staniel Cay is less than a square mile, with only 100 people living there, including kids. There are 3 restaurants, a church, clinic, village shops, groceries and general store. Serenity is available with either a 13-ft. Boston Whaler with a 25 or 40 hp motor or a 17-ft Boston Whaler with 90 hp motor, depending on boating experience.
