This magnificent Art Deco building is located on 15th street and Jefferson Avenue in South Beach. Just steps from the famous pedestrian mall of Lincoln Road that features an attractive combination of outdoor cafes, boutiques and art galleries. The property of the Courtyard is surrounded by lush green tropical plants, flowers, and landscaping. The entire building has recently been full renovated and features brand new bathrooms, new kitchens, new furniture, and new appliances, as well as new hardwood floors and air conditioning.
The building is secured with an outside fence and there is an intercom for your safety. Complimentary items include bicycles, Internet connection, Game Cube, and videos. (restrictions apply)
This South Beach vacation rental has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and covers 950 sqft. It features brand new appliances, kitchen, hardwood floors and a small balcony with a view of the courtyard. This unit can comfortably sleep 6 people.
Entering the apartment you will find the living area with its charming old chimney (non working). The floor is covered with wood throughout. Next to the living room is the renovated kitchen with its dining area. The first bedroom is very spacious for your comfort and it comes with a queen size bed. The second bedroom offers two twin beds. The bathroom has a bathtub.
The apartment is fully equipped with anything you might need, towels, sheets, coffee maker, stereo, etc. Washers and dryers (coins) are available on the premises. The property is wired for free Internet access. The apartment is equipped with an alarm system and a safe. All the units are regularly maintained and inspected by our team, so that you will enjoy during their stay in our properties.
