This comfortable new villa is set in a unique location and offers spectacular views. It's perfect for a relaxed vacation in Bali away from the tourist crowds.
Location
The location on the hill less than 10 minutes South of Jimbaran beach often guarantees sunny days even when it's raining in the rest of Bali, and it offers easy access to all parts of the island. A drive of about 15 minutes takes you to the famous Uluwatu Temple, to Bali's most challenging surf breaks and to beautiful "secret" beaches.
Nusa Dua with most of Bali's international 5-star hotels, the "Galleria Shopping Center" and the "Bali Golf & Country Club" as well as the international airport can be also reached within 15 or 20 minutes. It's around 25 minutes to Kuta with its great variety of shops, restaurants and night life, and about 30 to 40 minutes to Sanur's hotels, restaurants and shops.
The Villa
The villa consists of two buildings and an open pavillion with traditional thatched roof for massage treatments next to the swimming pool (with a shallow area for small kids).
One building accommodates on one level the modern kitchen and an open living/dining area furnished with a dining table for up to 8 guests and comfortable sofas with cushions. Ceiling fans guarantee permanent ventilation but usually you enjoy the natural breeze. The living and dining areas overlook the swimming pool and tropical garden.
The Bedrooms
The three air-conditioned bedrooms occupy an adjacent 2-storey building. The upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with large shower and bath tub and a terrace offering a spectacular view relaxing on the comfortable sofa.
The two downstairs bedrooms have one queen-size bed each and share one bathroom with a corner bath tub. The larger bedroom faces the swimming pool and features a walk-in wardrobe and a small lounge with an extra sofa bed. The third (smaller) bedroom faces north and you can enjoy the beautiful view right from your bed.
Kitchen, Facilities & Service
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, a large refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, glasses etc.
In the two larger bedrooms you find 29'' flat screen SONY TV sets connected to a satellite system to receive many international news programs as well as sports and movie channels (VCD and DVD players and a selection of movies are available on request). There is a BOSE Music System in the living/dining room, and each bedroom has a BOSE Wave Radio/CD Player for great stereo sound.
The well-trained house staff lives on-site and nearby and includes a cook, a maid and a house boy to clean and handle your laundry, a gardener & security guards. An air-conditioned car with driver is included in the rental rate and at your service whenever needed (up to 10 hours per day, gasoline is free).
Your personal Butler will take care of all your arrangements from planning meals and arranging special events in your villa to making restaurant reservations, visiting attractions, going shopping or organizing other activities and is available around the clock.
Also included in the rate for this villa are the services of two Spa Therapists for two hours every day, and additional in-house Spa treatments are available at nominal costs.
