The Colonial Villas is located on the gated island of Keystone Point, only minutes away from Bal Harbour and 20 minutes away from South Beach. The house is built on a large lot which provides plenty of space for entertainment and provides privacy.
The spacious home has just been redecorated in 2007 with modern and trendy furniture. and will immerse you in the South Beach atmosphere. Visitors looking to rent a South Beach vacation rentals home will be delighted by this great Miami home.
The living room is surrounded with windows that provide great views of the garden, pool and canal.
There is also a gourmet kitchen that features stainless steel appliances. The dining area, which is located just next to the kitchen, offers seating for 8 people.
The Master Bedroom is located in the left side of the house furnished with a king size bed and features wooden floor. it offers nice views and access to the pool. The marble bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, wood floors and a marble bathroom in the hallway.
The third Bedroom is next to the kitchen offering two twin size beds, ideal for kids.
The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed and its bathroom.
The garden is spacious and is perfect for outdoor lovers offering a great pool, pool deck and garden planted with palm trees. Guests will be able to fish from the boat dock, rent a boat if they wish and enjoy the outdoor area to sunbath or entertain friend around a barbecue.
