This property is located on beautiful Houghton Lake's East Bay, providing gorgeous lakeside sunsets. The house has 3 bedrooms, plus sleeping accomodations in the family room, a twin sleeper sofa in the living room, and a roll-away twin bed in the main floor bedroom, sleeping a total of 12. There are three bathrooms, two having shower stalls and the third a tub/shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, and includes a blender, toaster, coffee-maker, and microwave, as well as refrigerator and gas stove. All linens are included, with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Outside is a dock where you can tie up your own boat during your stay. Also included in your rental is an aluminum fishing boat. The numerous marinas in the area rent boats and jet-skis, and a public launch is located approximately one mile from this property. The backyard also has a firepit for your enjoyment.
