All linens are included, with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Outside is a dock where you can tie up your own boat during your stay. Also included in your rental is an aluminum fishing boat. The numerous marinas in the area rent boats and jet-skis, and a public launch is located approximately one mile from this property. The backyard also has a firepit for your enjoyment.
