Both ivingroom and family room have a fireplace. Living room has a couch and love seat, marble coffee table, work area and plenty of extra seating. Large eat in kitchen with all appliances including microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.... Family room has a leather sectional with lounge end, cable TV, VCR, DVD, fireplace, library and board games. A high wooden ceiling with ceiling fan and French doors leading out to two big decks with deck furniture and two gas BBQ's. Ground level laundry room with a slop sink and outside entrance. Laundry off kitchen. Lawn care provided. No smoking indoors

Política de Cancelación:

We have a stringent cancellation policy because we only have one beach house to rent. We hope that you understand our business position. Should you make a reservation, then fail to utilize this, we will do our best to re-rent the house. However, we reserve the right to retain all funds received, other than security deposit, unless the house is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period. If re-rented, we retain only a $50.00 administrative fee.
