Cancellation policy:

We have a stringent cancellation policy because we only have one beach house to rent. We hope that you understand our business position. Should you make a reservation, then fail to utilize this, we will do our best to re-rent the house. However, we reserve the right to retain all funds received, other than security deposit, unless the house is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period. If re-rented, we retain only a $50.00 administrative fee.
