Reservations are accepted with security and 1/2 rent down. Balance of rental and cleaning fees are due one week prior to arrival. There is a refundable security deposit of $300, and a non-refundable $100 cleaning fee. Rental based on 2 adults, with a 2 night min. Please inquire for additional persons or children.

Payment policy:

Payments made more than 30 days in advance may be made by personal check. All payments made less than 30 days require cashiers check.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior recieve full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior are charged $200 cancellation fee.
