If you take the wide staircase to the second floor, you will find a laundry area, and the entrance to Attitudes. This unit consists of a spacious second and third floor penthouse unit. It is a very unique property with old world charm and all new furnishings. There is a large living room and open dining room, leading to the kitchen which is fully equipped. There is even a portable dishwasher. The master bedroom and bath are spacious and quiet with a king sized bed and a sitting area. This can be used to sleep a child. There is also room for a child to sleep in the living room on a custom made sofa. Upstairs there is a domed bedroom and bath with a double bed and hand made furniture. The separate loft style TV room has a fold out queen sized sofa as well as INTERNET AVAILABLE for use. There is a small 3 step staircase to the wonderful roof top terrace where there is teak outdoor furniture for al fresco dining or sunbathing. The Mayan ruins are in the back yard. The fifth bedroom and large bathroom have a separate entrance and a double and a twin bed. This bedroom has its own large flat screen TV. The beach is only 3 blocks away and town is a ten minute walk. This is a great property at a very reasonable price. It is fully air-conditioned and comes with access to the Reef Club just a block away to be at the beach. There is also a path through the ruins to a quiet beach area.

Reservation policy:

A 50% deposit is required to hold your dates. Your balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, 60 days for holidays.

Payment policy:

Rates are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include 12% tax. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates can vary. Unless otherwise noted a security deposit will be included in the rental contract and has to be paid in advance as the rental amount. Depending on the home it is between US 150 - US 1000. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused. If there is no damage the security deposit will be returned within two to four weeks of departure. We prefer your reservation be paid with check or money order. We accept VISA or MC with a 5% processing fee.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations made 60 days before arrival are 50% refundable, within 30 days non-refundable at the owners discretion. Cancellations and refunds are based on the ability to re-rent. A cancellation fee of US 150 will apply.
