Política de Reservación:

All confirmed reservations are non refundable. Changes are allowed within 90 days of arrival with a $250 charge. The balance of all changes will be applied to future reservation. No refunds. Travel insurance required.

Política de Pagos:

Rates do not include transportation from the airport to the house and back. Charge to the house is approximately $8 (5-13) per person. Your host will assist you with purchasing your ticket and directions for the driver if needed. Some guests will receive directions to homes in advance. All rates are subject to change. All rentals, please add 12% for local fees. Rates listed here do not include Christmas and New Year week, which will be higher, and vary from property to property. Cancellation Terms for Home Rentals: No changes or cancellations will merit any refund. Please confirm the terms of cancellation according to the house that you rent. Initial confirmation payment confirms agreement with all terms. No cash refund. Cancellations within 60 days of travel date will not be accepted. Cancellations before 60 days in advance of arrival, will incur a $250 cancellation fee. Balance will be given as a future credit. Travel insurance is recommended. Hurricanes: No cash refunds for cancellations in cases of hurricane or natural disasters. For those who purchased trip insurance, we can provide proof if your home is not ready for rentals. All others can reschedule their vacation. Full credit will apply with no cancellation fee if the house you reserved is not ready for your confirmed dates. Overpayment: Please make sure payment sent is for exact amount. No refunds are granted. Balance payment will be applied to a future reservation. Payment with Visa and MasterCard preferred. Some homes require an additional damage deposit. Please check with your travel insurance for refunds. CVH offers no cash refunds. Agent/Owner shall not be liable for damages resulting from injury, to any person or any person's property in connection with this rental agreement while on the premises. Tenants agree to indemnify and hold harmless agent/owner from any liability, loss or obligation resulting from any such injuries or damages. Any dispute regarding this reservation will be resolved under Mexican law. The municipal court of the city of Cozumel, State of Quintana Roo, Mexico will have complete and absolute jurisdiction regarding any legal action. Initial deposit for the reservation implies agreement to these terms. No penalties if the deposit of the confirmation is reversed within the first 24 hours of initial deposit.

CONSTRUCTION Construction of new attractions and accommodations often occurs in resort areas. We cannot move people, make rate adjustments or rebates for inconvenience due to construction, road repair, etc. SUBSTITUTION Should a villa or condo be sold, be out of order or deemed substandard prior to your arrival, At Home In Cozumel will endeavor to substitute comparable or better accommodations without liability. If comparable accommodations are not available, or guest chooses to decline substitution, guest may receive a complete refund of what was paid for the original villa. THINGS BEYOND OUR CONTROL Our staff works very hard to make sure your stay is happy and comfortable. However, there are things that are out of our control, please understand that there will be no refunds or discounts offered or expected. Examples of these types of things that are out of our control include: breakdown of air conditioners, TVs, VCRs, electronics and appliances, construction nearby, beach accesses unusable due to acts of nature, a home not decorated to your tastes, bad weather, disturbances by neighbors, or beach access location. RESPONSIBILITY FOR CHILDREN / MINORS:: Adults traveling with children and minors are solely responsible for them. There is no life guard on duty at the pool or hot tubs.
