Located in the beautiful hills of Conchas Chinas, Villa Caliente is a lovely 3 bedroom, 4 full-bath villa with breathtaking views of both the Pacific Ocean and the lush Mountains. Set among six stunning villas, Villa Caliente’s is located just 5 minutes from the center of Puerto Vallarta. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and a beautifully appointed private bath. The other guest bedrooms have a Queen sized bed the othere 2 twins that can be made into a king and private baths. The comfortable living area has satellite TV, telephone, and a balcony with a spectacular view. You can prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen or for an additional charge of $50 per day a cook may be hired. The pool and patio area on the top deck offer spectacular views of the ocean and surrounding mountains. This upper patio also features relaxing couches with soft white pillows, a gas BBQ, full bath and a table for outdoor dining. Villa Caliente is fully air-conditioned and all the windows are screened to take advantage of the fresh, night breezes. There is off street parking and a full time maid. Just a few blocks from the beautiful beach and minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta, Villa Caliente is the ideal getaway!

There is a 50% deposit due at the time of booking, final payment and any security deposit are due 45 days prior to arrival (60 days for Holidays). Payment can be made by personal check or with credit card for an additional 2% process fee. All reservations are refundable minus a $150.00 re book fee as long as the unit can be re rented, if it is not able to be rented all reservations are non refundable, we do offer travel insurance. Rates shown are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
