We require a $200.00 refundable deposit to process your reservation.

Payment policy:

We accept credit card payments through PayPal.com. To arrange alternative payment methods pliease contact us at: 800-717-1741 or regalcaribbeanproperties@gmail.com. We need to receive full payment of your stay 2 weeks prior arrival date. A final cleaning fee of $50.00 and 7% tax required by the Puerto Rico Government applies.

Cancellation policy:

The tenant has 30 days prior to arrival date to cancel. Security deposit will be refunded less a processing fee of $20.00. If you cancel 21 days prior to arrival date, a 50% penalty will be applied to your deposit. If you cancel with less than 21 days prior to arrival date, 100% of your security deposit will be forfeited.
