The Fantasea House is a beautiful new ocean view home, with each area of the home decorated in a different theme. All basic amentities are included. The fully stocked kitchen fits the casual as well as the gourmet chef in the family, which includes cookbooks and a recipe box to share a family favorite. We even start you with coffee, sugar and creamer. The living room has ample seating for the family and a gas log fireplace for cozy coastal nights. All linens are included for the beds, bath, hot tub and beach, including robes for use out by the hot tub. The beds include 1 king, 2 queens, 3 daybeds(one with trundle). For the little traveler we have a port-a-crib, booster seat,high chair, step stools in bathroom, and full size stroller. The Fantasea House was designed with families in mind, but will suit a couple just as well. There are games for all ages including a pinball machine set on free play. Lincoln City offer a variety of things to do for all ages, such as gambling, entertainment, restraunts, shops, kite flying tournaments. You name it, it's all here. Come and stay at The Fantasea House, You just may not want to leave!!

Reservation policy:

1/2 down with in one week of booking. Balance due at least 14 days prior to check in with signed rental agreement. Any bookings less than 14 days from check-in processed by check or money order must be sent overnight mail.

Payment policy:

We accept personal checks, Money orders, Visa and Mastercard.

Cancellation policy:

A full refund less $50.00 processing fee for bookings cancelled at least 14 days prior to reservation date. Any cancellations under 14 days will only be refunded for days that are able to be re-rented. No exceptions
