Reservation policy:

There is a minimum of 3 nights rental. Check in and check out time is flexible, depending on rental schedule. No pet allowed.

Payment policy:

Deposits 50% of total charge plus security deposit of $300.00 is required for reservation. Remaining balance of total charge is due 30 days before arrival. Security deposit will be refunded, approximately 14-21 days after departure to allow owner sufficient time to inspect premises for damage or missing items. Payment types can be certified check or wire transfer.

Cancellation policy:

Refunds 50% of reservation deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to arrival.
