Reservation policy:
A $50 cleaning fee is charged to all rents. For short term rentals, a $300 advance on the rent by Visa or Mastercard is normally required. The advance is applied to the rent upon arrival and a rental contract is issued that includes all the information you need to get to the apartment and to check in.

Payment policy:
Payment in full is required on check in. It is preferred to use Visa or Mastercard or cash.

Cancellation policy:
With advanced, 31 day notification of cancellation a full refund is given minus a 5% charge to cover administrative charges.
