All apartments have the following amentities: a fully equipped kitchen to cook your own meals; grocery stores within walking distance; a full bath with tub and shower to add to your comfort; all linens and towels; TV and Cable, VCR and a stereo; and Air Conditioning.<p><i>In the Heart of a Tourist Region</i><br>The apartment building is near many hotel chains with the Marriott Hotel right across the street sharing the beach. Seven casinos are within walking distance and three car rental agencies are within two blocks. Many fine restaurants line Ashford Street which parallels the beach. Reservation
policy:
A $50 cleaning fee is charged to all rents. For short term rentals, a $300 advance on the rent by Visa or Mastercard is normally required. The advance is applied to the rent upon arrival and a rental contract is issued that includes all the information you need to get to the apartment and to check in.
Payment

Payment in full is required on check in. It is preferred to use Visa or Mastercard or cash.
Cancellation
policy:
With advanced, 31 day notification of cancellation a full refund is given minus a 5% charge to cover administrative charges.
