Política de Reservación:

All reservations, changes of reservations, are subject to availability and must be made within a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of six months in advance. Block out days do apply, such as Easter, Holy Week, Christmas and New Years. Any incidentals, damage fees, etc., will be the responsibility of the person renting the room.

Política de Pagos:

There will be a non-refundable $100 reservation fee, applied to the weekly rate. The weekly rate of $1200 will be paid 50% upon reserving and the remaining 50% 30 days prior to departure.

Política de Cancelación:

If you cancel within 30 days of departure, you will receive a full refund, less the non-refundable $100 reservation fee. If you cancel less than 30 days upon departure, you will not receive a refund.
