The huge deck 34’x18’ has table and chairs so you can dine al fresco or enjoy magnificent lake view and peaceful evenings. Total privacy on this 6.2 acre wooded property is a big plus. The lake offers great fishing, swimming, canoeing and plain relaxation while watching wildlife, the breathtaking sunrise and northern lights. The house is completely furnished and includes a washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, outdoor gas grill, all cooking and eating utensils, TV and DVD. House has 3 bedrooms (including master bedroom), 2 full bathrooms, dining room and living room. All floors are elegant Brazilian cherry wood. Package includes 14’ fishing boat. House is set up to sleep six. FISHING: 16 Mile Lake is a well known bass lake. Besides bass there is northern pike, perch, and catfish. For the big fish you can try Lake Superior. ACTIVITIES: We are about 35 minutes from Marquette the largest town in UP. Marquette area offers Lake Superior shore parks, bike paths and many recreational facilities. Presque Isle Park is the Marquette recreational crown jewel and very popular attraction. "Island" contains over 323 acres of the most scenic city park in the United States with hundreds species of native plants. Lake Superior is just 10 min. away with Picture Rocks boat cruises and mile long Hawaiian-like sugar sandy beaches. Within 30 miles there are over 120 waterfalls.
