Payment policy:

$350 Fully refundable security deposit required. We do accept credit cards/ Paypal $75 cleaning fee and $350 refundable security deposit required. We accept credit card payment via paypal or personal check. Balance is due in full prior to checkin. $300 security deposit will be rufunded within 15 days of departure. DAMAGES CAUSED BY ABUSE OR VANDALISM WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE SECURITY DEPOSIT.

Cancellation policy:

All reservations are subject to a 30 day cancellation policy. If booking is canceled 30 days or more, prior to reservation start date, deposits will be returned. If a booking is canceled less than 30 days prior to the reservation start date, the deposit is non-refundable, but may be rescheduled. Money will not be refunded if reservations need to be reschedule due to natural causes.
