You can reserve the apartments for holidays or business trips.

In Edinburgh's prestigious new Hopetoun Village development, which is within easy walking distance of Edinburgh\'s famous Playhouse Theatre and the numerous pubs, clubs and restaurants of the fashionable Broughton Village.
<br><br>
The apartment sleeps up to seven people. There is one ensuite double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom. One communal bathroom, a spacious living/dining room, and a kitchen provided with top-of-the-range equipment, including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. For larger parties, a double sofabed is available in the living room. A credit card operated payphone with internet access is available useful for executive parties. If you want to bring a car, you will find off-street parking in the village complex.

Linen and towels, heating and electricity are included in the price.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Reservations are accepted on the following terms:
A contract of booking is made once we have received your booking details and the reservation deposit (payable to Ian Chadwick )
and we have confirmed the booking with you. All bookings require an initial deposit of 20% of agreed rental to be paid. In August and at
New Year the initial deposit is 50%. The total apartment charges must be paid in cash upon arrival, except in August and at New Year
when the balance must be paid no less than two weeks before arrival.
Payment can be made either by cheque or through PayPal. If you do not have a Paypal account, it's quick, easy and secure. There is a 5%
service charge on all amounts paid through PayPal.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Apartments are available from 2.30pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on day of departure.
The number of people permitted to occupy the apartment will be agreed at time of booking.
All linen and towels are provided.
Any complaint or problem should be reported immediately.
The owner and employees of Hopetoun Apartment shall not be liable to you or any member of your party for any loss or damage to your
property or person, however caused.
We reserve the right to refuse any booking, and to cancel in the unlikely event of the apartment becoming unavailable through any event
outside of our control, subject to a full refund of any monies paid.
In the unlikely event of any disputes or disturbance the management of Hopetoun Apartment reserve the right to terminate the stay without notice .
The Management of Hopetoun Apartment shall be allowed the right of entry to the property at all reasonable times for the purpose of servicing
the apartment or to carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance.
With the exception of Guide Dogs, we regret that pets are not allowed in the apartments,

We accept payment with any major credit and debit card through PayPal.
