Reservation policy:

PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due THIRTY (30) days before of arrival. Additional Information: MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to four (8) persons. An additional charge or $20.00 per person per night for guests in addition to four (4) will be assessed. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A FOUR (4) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. If a rental is taken for less than four days, the guest will be charged the four-night rate. ** NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.

Payment policy:

Any payments will be through a wire transfer and/or paypal account.

Cancellation policy:

If the reservation is cancelled a month in advance there is no penalty, if you cancel after we will retain the deposit.
