Payment policy:

$300.00 returnable damage deposit paid by a separate check that will be voided and returned if no damage has occurred. $1000.00 for monthly rentals. $35.00 cleaning fee required plus $10 per additional week up to $55. 50% down to hold and paid in full 8 days prior to check in to clear check or cash day of check in.

Cancellation policy:

Full refund to 50% depositors who are "bumped" by those who make payment in full reservations. 75% refund of paid amount when cancelled two weeks before planned check in date. No refunds after two weeks.
