Beautiful, sugar white beaches of Orange Beach, AL are a wonderful place for your vacation. Built in 2001, Tradewinds is located directly on the beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. As a front, corner condo, this two bedroom, two bath condominium has magnificent sweeping front and side views from the balcony (more than 180 degree views). The master bedroom has front and side views and the second bedroom has beach side view. Recent updates include new paint, tile, carpet, windows and doors. In 2006, Tradewinds building was also updated with a new indoor/outdoor swim-through pool, new deck, fencing, and lush landscaping. Also worth noting is Tradewinds has only 107 condominium units thus the beach is much less crowded than mega-Condominium buildings. Tradewinds is about a half mile from a shopping center which includes: Bruno's and Winn-Dixie grocery stores as well as numerous other shops (Dollar Store, movie rental, etc.), restaurants and an emergency medical center. Tradewinds is approximately five miles east of the intersection of Perdido Beach Boulevard and highway 59.
