This beach view vacation rental, in AuGres - a serene resort style community 15 miles south of Tawas and East Tawas, has been beautifully furnished to provide you with all the luxurious comforts of your home. Located in the third row from the beach, this two bedroom private home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people at a time. We have a queen bed in the master bedroom and 3 twin beds in the other. There is also a futon in the living room. As a home away from home, we provide you with plenty of linens and towels, even beach towels, so you can pack light for your travel. You will enjoy cooking meals in the gourmet kitchen which is fully equipped and offers a great view of the tranquil neighborhood through large glass windows. You can curl up with a book, relax in the cozy living room and let the time fly by as you look up from the book only to gaze at the glorious sunshine of a beachfront community. Enjoy walking or biking down to the beach, only steps away. Stroll down the warm sand of the beach and enjoy the feel of the warm lake waves splashing your feet. AuGres is a town with a yesteryear atmosphere has an amusement park with water slide, Golf courses, state parks nearby allow hunting, fishing/ice fishing and snowmobiling in winter and "the best Ice cream parlor" in the whole Mid Michigan. Au Gres is also the country for cross country. There are several boat access sites to go boating or fishing on the pier. Here, you live close to the nature. Deer, wild turkey, hawks and eagles etc...on occasion come to the porch. Take long walk on the promenade beach, watch the sunrise/moonrise and feel yourself immersed in the greatness of the Great Lake. Take a swim in the clear water of Lake Huron or simply sunbathe on its sandy shore. Right behind the property, a small wood with many native fauna and flora, such as the protected "lady slippers" which flower around the summer solstice, invite you to the nature discovery. In the winter time be prepared to participate in many winter sports or games right on the lake!!! There are many activities all yearround. Walleye fishing tournament, smelt running in April, our own "Dream Cruise" parade on East Michigan right in front of the house, Art and Craft show in August, Chili cook out and Music on the Street in Tawas in summer, Tall ships in Bay City etc... Or simply stay home and relax on the plush new sofas. To ensure that you don’t get bored even for a moment, a plethora of entertainment options like Big Screen TV, DVD, VCR, and CD player provided in this vacation rental in AuGres.

If not received, block reserved will be made available and your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations & Policies: If cancelled prior to 60 days before arrival, the total deposit will be refunded minus a $25 Administration fee. If cancelled less than 60 before 30 days before arrival forfeit of 50% of deposit. Cancel less than 30 days forfeit of 100% of deposit. - No refunds will be given for interruption due to inclement weather or illness. A $25 administration fee will be charged to all changes. All changes/cancellations are required to be in written form.
