Reservations require a 50% deposit to hold the reservation, final payment is due 45 days before you arrive (60 days on Holidays). We accept checks for payment and all major credit card for an additional 2% process fee. All reservations are fully refundable minus a $150.00 re booking fee as long as we re rent the unit, reservations that are not re rented are NON REFUNDABLE. We do offer travel insurance.
