Excellent location, gorgeous views, and a very affordable price! This property has it all! This property has four rental units. Three 1-bedroom apartments and a rooftop studio apartment. All have ocean views. The views get more amazing the farther up you go. Watch the sunsets, the activity on the Bay, and the nightly fireworks. Each unit has a full kitchen with full-size refrigerators and stoves with oven. TVs with cable. Double, queen, or king-size bed (depending on the unit). Each of the 1BR apartments can sleep four adults. The studio is perfect for two. Each unit has at least 1 bathroom ensuite. TVs with cable (70 channels, many in English). All of the 1BR units are air-conditioned. Linens are provided, and the kitchens are fully-equipped. The location is right in downtown Puerto Vallarta, on the hill above Vallarta's famous crowned church. You are on a peaceful residential street where you avoid the traffic and nightclub noises, but are still close enough to walk everywhere. Walk to the beach, the Malecon, shops and restaurants in five minutes. Don't stay miles out of town and rely on expensive taxis whenever you want to see the sights.

Política de Cancelación:

No refund unless we are able to re-rent the cancelled time period. If the cancelled time period is re-rented, a $100 re-booking fee applies.
