All reservations require a 50% deposit to hold the reservation, final payment is due 45 days before you arrive (60 days on Holidays). We accept checks for payments and all major credit cards for an additional 2% credit card process fee. All reservations are non refundable unless we can re rent the unit, if we are able to re rent the unit there is a $150.00 re booking fee that will be deducted from your refund. If the unit is not re rented there is no refund. Travel Insurance is reccommended. Rates shown are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
