The Casa Iguana Beach House is Puerto Vallarta's premiere luxury beachfront vacation villa. Located just south of downtown Puerto Vallarta, the Beach House offers its guests luxury accommodations for up to eight people. Rental of the beach house villa includes a daily housekeeper and a cook is available upon request to prepare your meals. If you prefer to cook for yourself, a full gourmet kitchen, complete with sub-zero refrigerator and all appliances is waiting. All running water in the house is treated and purified by a state-of-the-art water filtration system designed to American standards. Everything at the Casa Iguana Beach House is luxuriously appointed as one would expect from a premiere waterfront vacation villa in Puerto Vallarta. Experience luxury in Puerto Vallarta from your own private beachfront villa. Perfectly located at the southern edge of Banderas Bay, between Puerto Vallarta and Mismaloya, the Casa Iguana Beachhouse offers easy proximity to downtown Puerto Vallarta (10 minute drive or taxi) but enough distance to enjoy the peace and quiet while waves crash on the shore below. Activities in the vicinity of the beachhouse include the best of Puerto Vallarta: bungee jumping, canopy tours, whale watching, snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, sportfishing, and of course, Puerto Vallarta's tropical beaches. Nightlife in Puerto Vallarta includes world-class restaurants, dance clubs, and tequila bars with varieties of reposado and añejo from every corner of Mexico. The Casa Iguana Beachhouse is a four bedroom, five bathroom waterfront villa just south of downtown Puerto Vallarta and the Malecon. Each of the four bedrooms has an ocean view balcony with sliding glass doors and is complete with its own private whirlpool tub and separate shower.

Política de Reservación:

All reservation require a 50% deposit to hold the reservation, final payment is due 45 days before you travel (60 days on Holidays). Payments can be made by mailing in a check or with credit card for an additional 2% process fee. All reservations are fully refundable minus a $150.00 re booking fee as long as we can re rent the unit. If we are unable to re rent the unit all reservations are non refundable. Rate do not include the 17% tax. Rates shown are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
