Casa Estefania is located just inside the entrance of Playacar Phase II.If you are looking for a luxury home to enjoy your vacation in, look no further. It neighbors the Aviary (a natural bird sanctuary) - a short five-minute walk into the festive town of Playa del Carmen - loaded with restaurants and shops. The beach is an engaging 5 minute walk through ancient Mayan ruins. Casa Estefania is a new home built in 2003 and just remodeled in 2006. Three of the bedrooms have king sized beds. The fourth bedroom has two queen-sized beds, perfect for children or simply "friends" who are traveling together. And there is a full sized sofa bed in the reading area. All the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, and there is a full sized bath for the extras. Each bath contains a 6' bath/shower and large lavatories. One of the master suites has a traditional Mexican brick dome ceiling, intriguing for any guest to marvel at its unique craftsmanship. The second master suite has a huge bath and a private sun deck overlooking the waterfall and pool. Mexican tile is used throughout the house. The stairway is mahogany with a wrought iron hand railing. From the upstairs lobby, you can find a quiet place to read or nap, or access the terrace- great for enjoying the sun while sipping on a ice-cold Corona. An additional water pump was added to guarantee full water pressure and "on demand" hot water, both rarities in Mexico. The home is fully air conditioned with remote controlled hand regulators. The kitchen is large and suited for any gourmet cook. It is outfitted with all modern amenities including a 5 burner gas stove and dishwasher, not common in Mexican kitchens. The mahogany cupboards are stocked with 12 place settings of china and glasses and a wide selection of cook ware. Spices and cookbooks are available to contribute to your Mexican fiesta that can be served inside at the formal dinning table for eight or at the beautiful outdoor table on the extensive patio. Granite covers the countertops and an island over-looking a covered patio and private swimming pool. The swimming pool has two sections. One is a bit deeper for total submersion. The other is more shallow, ideal for children or the overheated sunbather who still wants the suns rays while sitting in cool water. Behind the pool is a large padded area under a "palapa." Many guests enjoy this shaded area during the hottest afternoon hours. At night the palapa is illuminated, offering a comfortable place to reflect on the day while listening to the sounds of tropical birds the cascading fountain. Casa Estefania is a beautiful home with an up-scale, personal touch. You will take away many treasured memories of your vacation in Playa del Carmen. As an added bonus for our guests, we make available our discounted all-inclusive privileges at the Reef Club Hotel. Using our Playacar VIP card, you have access to free beach towels and lounge chairs or you may opt for the half-day/full day all-inclusive package with discount. Política de Reservación:

A 50% deposit is required to hold your dates. Your balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, 60 days for holidays. Contract will be null and void and you will be asked to leave. No pets allowed. No smoking inside the property. Three night minimum stay. Check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check in and/or late check out can be arranged at half a days rate if possible. A limited number of cribs, cots, strollers, cell phones and other items not included in the rental are available on a first come first serve basis at USD 40.00 per week and must be reserved and paid for prior to arrival. Rented cell phones come with a credit of 200.00 Mexican Pesos included in the weekly rental fee. Additional cards "Fichas de amigo" can be purchased at many local stores. All rentals are subject to Mexican laws and regulations. Maid service is three times a week. No maid service on Sundays and Mexican holidays. Maid service can be increased for an additional charge of $20 per day. At the time of final payment you will receive an email outlining the additional services we offer, including airport transportation. Please let us know at least a week in advance which services you would like us to set up for you. Directions and entry procedures will be send out two weeks prior to your arrival. Directions are from Cancun Airport to your vacation home. Entry procedures include the lock box code for the house and service phone numbers. Please remember to bring these instructions with you. Water and electricity are the two most valuable commodities. Please conserve both. Shut off air conditioners when not using the bedrooms, and when leaving the premises. Air conditioners found running with the windows open will result in forfeiture of security deposit. Use common sense and to ensure a safe trip, lock all doors and windows when leaving the premises.

Política de Pagos:

Rates are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include 12% tax. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates can vary. Unless otherwise noted a security deposit will be included in the rental contract and has to be paid in advance as the rental amount. Depending on the home it is between US 150 - US 1000. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused. If there is no damage the security deposit will be returned within two to four weeks of departure. We prefer your reservation be paid with check or money order. We accept VISA or MC with a 5% processing fee.

Política de Cancelación:

Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable at the owners discretion based on ability to re-rent. There will be a US 150 handling fee on all cancellations. No refund on holiday rentals. Maximum occupancy includes all children no matter what age. No additional guests. No exceptions.
