There is a 50% deposit to to reserve this villa, final payment is due 45 days before you arrive (60 days on Holidays). Payments can be made with check or with credit card for an additional 2% process fee. There is a $800.00 refundable security deposit due on the final payment. All reservations are fully refundable minus a $150.00 re booking fee as long as we can re rent the unit for your dates. If we can not re rent the unit all reservations are non refundable. We do offer travel insurance. This unit is NON SMOKING, NO CHILDREN UNDER 10 and NO PETS. Rates shown are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
