Welcome to this Cozumel Vacation Condo located just one block from the ocean and reefs. The penthouse spans two floors with two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and three Jacuzzis, with one Jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace for enjoying the sunsets and evening stars. Climb the spiral staircase to the newly discovered Sunset Terrace and enjoy our ocean view of passing cruise ships and spectacular sunsets! This Cozumel vacation condo is located in a five-unit building that is designed for privacy. The building has been planned so that the only way to see anyone else in the property is to knock on their door and introduce yourself or invite them over for a margarita. The penthouse also provides mid-week maid service (daily service is available for a small charge), purified water, linens, towels, and fully-equipped kitchen. Our house manager will greet you at your vacation home and provide information about the Island. Caribe Sunset is a luxurious penthouse that will sleep five guests. There are two bedrooms located on the third and fourth floors. Each is furnished with a queen-sized bed (the master bedroom has a romantic wrought-iron bed!) and private bathroom with Jacuzzi. In addition, the living room contains a full-sized futon that could accommodate one adult or two children. This Cozumel vacation condo is full of large windows and sliding glass doors, a beautiful rooftop terrace, and a balcony to capture the sunlight and ocean breezes that are always available. The master bedroom has a 15- foot domed ceiling that naturally circulates the cool breezes—or, of course, you can always turn on the air-conditioner. On the rooftop terrace there is a Jacuzzi and dining area to enjoy comfortable outdoor living. As well as a new thatched palapa for lots of shade! The furniture is handmade, and the doors and cabinetry are custom- built. A decorator brought in fabrics, tiles, and paint to create an authentic Mexican theme in the warm colors of the sunset. Caribe Sunset boasts colorful artwork that was selected from all over Mexico to make you feel like a native. This Cozumel vacation condo is completely up to date with AC throughout, fully- equipped kitchen (with microwave, blender, coffee maker, etc.), VCR, TV, stereo, winding staircase, vaulted domed ceilings, and giant walk- in closet in the master bedroom. Caribe Sunset is conveniently located in the highly desirable Corpus Christi neighborhood, and you can walk nearly everywhere. The ocean, restaurants, and shopping are just a short stroll away. If you need a taxi, they are readily available a block away at one of the beachfront hotels. This penthouse is perfectly situated for families, divers, adventure- seekers, or those who just want to relax. Cozumel’s best grocery store, Chedraui, and a brand new mini-mall are just across the street. If you like, you can shop for fresh Mexican pastries and produce everyday, then catch a movie at the six-screen theater in the mall. Kids will also love the video arcade and food court (yes, they even have a Burger King!). Divers can catch their boat one block away at the Plaza Las Glorias Hotel.
