2-night minimum for all stays. We reserve the right to require a 3-night minimum for special events and holiday weekends. If you request a reservation and rental agreement, your dates will be held for ten days until we receive your completed agreement and deposit. Email or call to request rental agreement. de Cancelación:
You may cancel your reservation at any time up to 30 days prior to arrival and your deposit will be refunded less the $35 processing fee. Cancellation between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival will result in loss of deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the entire rental amount.
