The property is in walking distance to a Town Beach, restaurants, and a strip mall a trail head for lake solitude on top of Mt. Sunapee, less than 2 miles to the state park entrance and abuts the state park land boundaries. The area has a rural residential character with country fresh air. There is the Lake and several mountains; so hiking, water sports, skiing in the winter, fishing, conservation areas, golf, tennis, historic areas and covered bridges, many scenic driving routes, summer theater, movie theaters, town staged concerts, festivals and other performances. The area also has many fine restaurants.
