The Look-Out is a secluded new, 2 bedroom, 2 bath home built on the side of a hill in a grove of Cabbage Palms. The home was designed to take full advantage of the tremendous panoramic Atlantic Ocean views this site offer. The master bedroom and the dining area have large ocean facing windows and the 2nd bedroom and the living room open onto the ocean facing patio. The patio is furnished with a table, chairs and chaise lounges making it the perfect spot to lounge in the sun, read a book and enjoy a cold drink.

The home is nicely finished with ceramic tile floors, 6 panel wood doors, ceiling fans and vaulted cypress wood ceilings through out. It is beautifully decorated in wicker and rattan for that comfortable, tropical feel.

The galley style kitchen is fully outfitted with a full size stove, full sized refigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, all pots, pans, cooking utensiles and dinner ware. A small supply of herbs and spices is provided. Cooking in this kitchen is a breeze.

The Look-Out is near 5 beaches for swimming, snorkeling, beach combing or fishing. The closest, Little Twin Beach on the Atlantic side, is a 5 minute walk. Rainbow Beach, on the Caribbean side, is considered one of Eleuthera nicest beaches and is only a few minutes by car. Tennis courts and a very fine restaurant, The Rainbow Inn, are only a few minutes walk.

The Look-Out has the following amenities: All linens including beach towels, charcoal BBQ, TV, DVD/VCR player and small movie library, Radio/Tape/CD player and a small music library, Binoculars, Hair Dryer, Small cooler and picnic basket, cell phone, Books, Games and Cards.
