Cozy furnished, ground floor (not basement) Studio/Bachelor apartment in modern house. Private side entrance, clean and quiet. Queen bed plus twin size sofa bed. 3 piece bathroom w/ spacious shower stall, and full kitchen. Street Parking.

Much like a hotel suite, with all the comforts of home. All utilities, towels, bedding, dishes, cookware, all the small appliances, fridge, stove, microwave, full size laundry, Local phone calls, wireless DSL internet connection, DVD/CD player and satellite TV, are included.

Officially Eastside, the house is in the area know as Commercial Drive, "The Drive" considered Vancouver’s ‘Little Italy’ with its cosmopolitan mix of trendy through Bohemian to Grunge residents and visitors. Located just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Downtown it provides a more gentle, quieter way of life, but offers easy access to Downtown and most other areas of interest. The immediate area has local individually owned convenience shops, grocery stores, Pubs and Restaurants, also a Supermarket, Banks, Drug and a Dollar store. Further away on the Drive, towards 1st Avenue, a plethora of coffee shops, a few clothing, and furniture stores and many more restaurants serving a variety of ethnic food. Good eats!
