Several parks and golf courses are very close to this property. Mesquite is 30 min. and Las Vegas is 1.5 hrs.
St George is fast becoming the next Palm Springs, golf courses going up everywhere, shopping centers, new subdivisions, new roads, but oh so many parks and open space just minutes from our front door.
