Recently renovated, the apartment has 5 m (16 ft) high ceilings and consists of three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen (renovated in 2009), dining room, and a full bathroom and another separate toilet.
Quiet and sunny, the apartment is within walking distance of all Beaucaire's attractions, from the picturesque ruined castle to the lively canal promenade.
Relax in one of the cafes in the old Square just around the corner and walk through narrow cobbled streets to a variety of shops, restaurants and open-air markets. Beaucaire is the gateway to Provence and Camargue, at the crossroads of the Rh?ne and a canal, with a lively marina. Great location in the "golden triangle" between Avignon, Arles and Nimes. Attractions include Roman amphitheaters, castles, medieval villages, Van Gogh landscapes, open-air markets, water sports and boating.

DEPOSITS: A deposit of 30% of the total of the rental fee is due when making your reservation. The balance will be due 45 days before arrival. For last minute reservations of 29 days or less before your arrival date, the total cost of the rental is payable within 10 days of making your reservation. A key and property deposit of €150 in cash is required upon arrival and will be refunded with surrender of the keys and certification that the property is in good order upon departure.
PAYMENTS: Payment can be made by PayPal (click here to register and pay - payment will be made to "North American Trade Associates, Inc. "). Or you can send a check to us if drawn on a French or US bank (If the US bank, in dollars at the daily exchange rate). Or you can transfer funds to us in France or the US (banking details provided with your reservation). We are PayPal Verified.
CANCELLATIONS: We recommed buying travel insurance in case you must cancel your trip. Click here to compare several different insurance programs.
The following cancellation charges apply:
* Cancellations received 43 days or more before arrival date: 10% of the rental.
* Cancellations received 42 days to 29 days before arrival date: 50% of the rental.
* Cancellations received 28 days to two days before arrival date: 80% of rental.
* Cancellations received one day before arrival, arrival date or after the arrival date: 100% of rental. No refund can be made of any insurance premiums
