The villa has a living room, dining area, kitchen, bath & bedroom, plus a plush leather sofa and matching easychair in the living room. Sit in front of a roaring, cheery, warm & cozy fireplace, always with ample supply of cordwood. Central heat and A/C as well.

Bring your pets, as long as you clean up after them, & feel free to smoke, as long as it is outside on the large wraparound private balcony deck. Take a swim or just soak up rays in the crystal clear swimming pool.
