Come and enjoy a wonderful gulf front view from our Sanibel Island condo rental. Relax in our newly updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf Beach condo. Located on Sanibel Island, Florida, Gulf Beach is an intimate 14 unit gulf front building, all with gorgeous direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. Situated on the popular East end of the island, our Sanibel Island Condo rental is a short distance from the Sanibel lighthouse, fishing pier, and many wonderful restaurants and shops. The Gulf Beach condo complex has a heated pool, elevator, and your own reserved under-building parking spot. From the building itself, you'll literally be in the Gulf of Mexico in about a 30 second walk! Our condo is an elevated first floor unit with breathtaking views of the Gulf. We recently remodeled it with all new 18" tile throughout the entire unit, new granite countertops and maple cabinets in the kitchen and baths, all new stainless steel appliances, new master bath with tiled walk-in shower, new guest bath, 6-panel doors, all new paint, etc.. It looks absolutely gorgeous. It comes furnished with a king bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper/sofa. Each of the two bedrooms and the living room has their own TV and DVD/VCR. There is a 35" digital flat tube TV in the living room and a 27" digital flat tube in the master bedroom. We have a fully equipped kitchen, a stocked wine rack, and a washer & dryer right in the condo. Sanibel is one of the most unique barrier islands of the world, where you can enjoy everything from the 6,000 acre J.N. “Ding” Darling National Wildlife Refuge to its great sandy beaches, voted the best shelling beaches in North America, and some of the best in the world. As new owners, we are continually updating it with all the amenities one would want on a Sanibel vacation. Beautiful Direct Gulf-Front Condo. Our condo is an elevated first floor 2 bedroom unit with breathtaking views of the gulf. It is furnished with a king bed, 2 twin beds, and a full sleeper/sofa. There is a 35" digital TV and DVD/VCR player in the living room and tv's & DVD/VCR's in each bedroom. We just installed new carpeting and living room furniture. Our unit includes (FREE of charge) high speed wireless Internet, bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella's, beach toys, fishing gear and lots of other stuff!
