We have three apartments in this ten floor building. Because it is right on the beach, you will experience the comforting sound of surf and beach activity from below. The building is gated and the elevator is keyed to each floor so you will feel safe and secure.
Many Amenities
Each studio apartment has a queen sized bed. All apartments have the following amentities: a fully equipped kitchen to cook your own meals; grocery stores within walking distance; a full bath with tub and shower to add to your comfort; all linens and towels; TV and Cable, VCR and a stereo; and Air Conditioning.
In the Heart of a Tourist Region
The apartment building is near many hotel chains with the Marriott Hotel right across the street sharing the beach. Seven casinos are within walking distance and three car rental agencies are within two blocks. Many fine restaurants line Ashford Street which parallels the beach. You can take an hour long walk or short, three mile cab ride to the Cruise ships and historic community of Old San Juan.
