The apartment was completely refurbished in 2008 and is fully equipped and modernized with a brand new kitchen. A very comfortable queen size bed and extra luxurious queen size sofa bed.

Should you wish to book this lovely vacation rental in Paris, I will send you the rental contract and you will need to make a down payment via a bank transfer or PayPal of 40% of the total amount of your stay. The remaining amount is due upon your arrival when I will hand you the keys and show you the apartment and around.
A fully refundable damages deposit of 500 euros is required upon your arrival. The deposit can be done via PayPal in different currencies, if you prefer (USD, GBP, JPY) or by cash. You will be given a receipt. I will refund the deposit directly upon your departure if there are no incidents during the stay. To date, we are proud that we have returned 100% of our security deposits.
Prices can be negotiated depending of the length of your stay and the season.
We accept payments with Credit Cards - Pay Pal. All Bank or PayPal commissions will be paid by the tenant.

Cancellation policy : Reservation deposit minus a €50 handling fee refundable up to 30 days prior to your check-in. Within 30 days we will refund what we can rebook and we are quite good at that. For Check in/out after 22:00 and 08:00 there will be charge of 30€.
We can provide for you a baby sitter and transportation to the airport.
Fee: €80 Cleaning charge.
Cleaning before arrival and after leaving is offered for stays over one week. Towels and linens provided. Free High Speed Internet WiFi and over 200 cable channels. Free telephone calls to fixed lines to 100 countries (USA, Canada, Autralia, New Zealand, UK, France, Germany, Netherland, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Sweden, Poland, Czech Republic, Croatia, Russia, Turkey, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Japan, China, South Africa etc....). Since September 2009 Phone calls to US & Canada cells phones are free.
Price of 35m2 (450 sqf ) room hotels in this very select district are between 600-1000€ a night.
We are very well priced for this extremely expensive district. |
