Vacation in our beautiful two bedroom water front condo at The Ledges Condominium Complex. We're located in the heart of Osage Beach, just three miles off Highway 54. By water, we're at the 20.5 mile marker on the breathtaking Lake Of The Ozarks. Our master bedroom offers a queen size pillow top bed, private full bath, walk-in closet, cable TV with VCR and a separate door to the deck overlooking the lake. The second bedroom has two full size beds along with an adjacent bathroom. The living room has cable TV, VCR, DVD and stereo. You will find an assortment of books, magazines, games, puzzles, family & childrens movies. Our kithen is fully stocked with everything you will need from an apple slicer to a waffle maker. The dining area offers seating for three at the counter and six at the table. There is also seating for six on the deck along with a gas grill & ceiling fan. We have 10x24 & 10x30 covered, cove protected slips which are a short walk from the condo. There is a washer & dryer in the condo. For your stay, we provide all linens, bathroom bar soap, toilet tissue, dish & dishwasher soap, laundry detergent. The Ledges offers two pools(one on the point with a ten mile view), a sandy beach area with volleyball pit, and a swim platform. The Lake offers over 240 holes of golf. We are a short car ride to Big Surf Water Park, Osage Beach Premium Outlet Mall, movie cinema, Ozark State Park, antique stores, country sampler shops, boutiques and more. There are over 100 restaurants(many on or overlooking the water) that will satisfy any taste from gourmet to fast food. Take the car or boat to the local lake night life!
