The living room, dining room and kitchen offer a spacious open concept layout, with huge windows looking out over the water. For an outdoor view of the water, patio doors lead from the dining area onto the large deck, complete with gas BBQ. All of this is tastefully decorated with classic contemporary Scandinavian teak furniture, hand crafted leaded glass light fixtures, original art, and features ceramic floors. The gourmet kitchen with hand built butternut cabinetry is completely equipped with 6 full-sized appliances-dishwasher, fridge, stove, washer, dryer, microwave- and includes quality stainless steel cutlery and superb Lagostina stainless cookware. The main level has two spacious bedrooms, both with queen-sized beds and parquet flooring. The master bedroom is furnished with contemporary Scandinavian teak furniture and a day bed, and features an ensuite door to the four piece bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom with a wonderful view of the water, has furnishings which include a brass bed and an antique bureau. For guests who would like more space we can also make the ground floor of the house available. This bright 900 square foot area with the same wonderful views as upstairs is outfitted with quality furnishings, including a bedroom with a queen size bed, an office/bedroom with twin size beds and a desk, a three piece bath (toilet, sink and shower) and comfortable family room.
