This attractive period house is located in the heart of Notting Hill. The drawing room is on the raised ground floor and goes from the front to the back of the house and is well furnished with sofas, armchairs with a study area at one end. On the lower ground floor is a comfortable family room with sofas TV, there are French doors which lead to the pretty paved garden. The kitchen is well fitted, spacious and with a dining table seating 6. The kitchen includes dishwasher, double range style cooker and excellent range of cupboards. Upstairs on the half landing is the large laundry room with washing machine, dryer and sink. The master bedroom is on the first floor, with air conditioning unit, a spacious, elegant room with queensize (5') double bed, good storage and ensuite bathroom with twin basins, bath with overhead shower and loo.
