Description:
The luxury Villas are located in the Mosa Golf & Sports resort in the Murcia region. This region is flanked by the provinces of Alicante and Valencia to the north and Almeria and Granada to the west, and has been one of Spain?s best-kept secrets. The resort is located between the unspoilt beaches of the Costa Blanca and the authentic university city of Murcia. The resort lies secluded in a protected nature reserve. This area is perfect for cycling, horse riding, hiking and of course playing golf.

Within a 15 min. drive are the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean and Mar Menor (small inland sea). In combination with the climate (317 sunny days yearly) this is the ideal location for an active or passive holiday. Mosa Golf offers the more experienced golf player a superb 18 holes championship course, which will be extended to 27 holes in 2004.
Interior Villas:
Entering the house via the central hallway you come into living room, kitchen and toilet. The living room has sliding doors leading directly to the terrace and is very well equipped. Also supplied is satellite TV, hafiz installation, washing machine, freezer, airco/heater etc. On the first floor are the master bedroom with private balcony, 2 nd bedroom and the luxurious bathroom/toilet.
The private garden 425 m2 has a private pool, large terrace, barbecue, garden furniture set, sun loungers and a sun parasol.
Surroundings:
The villa is surrounded by an 18 holes golf course and within the resort complex are a restaurant, hotel, and a golf clubhouse, all in Spanish style. Within a short walking distance, just outside the resort, are some traditional Ventas (restaurants/shops). In the villa itself you will find documentation of the villa and of the local attractions. Popular tourist attractions are the several markets, bodegas, traditional fiestas (Semana Santa, and Moros y Christianos), the cities Murcia (10 min), Cartagena (30 min), Elche (35 min), Alicante (45 min), the Si?rra Nevada (skiing) (2.5 hours) and a daytrip to Granada/Alhambra.
Location and Access:
Villas are located on a 45 min. drive south of Alicante Airport and within a 15 min drive of San Javier/Murcia Airport. See also on map at www.mosagolf.com.
The city of Murcia was founded around 831 AD by the Moors in the centre of the river Segura Valley. The importance of the city over the years can be seen by the many beautiful cathedrals, palaces and other public buildings scattered around its many narrow streets. Anxious to preserve its historical treasures as well as allowing visitors to marvel at their splendour, a variety of museums and exhibition centres exist all over the city. Walking towards the river, the visitor will encounter the ?Glorieta de Espana? always brimming with life and the City Hall that lies at its centre with its colourful fa?ade. Near to the cathedral the pedestrian street begins, hundreds of shops (from traditional Spanish to well known brand names) are located here. Murcia will surprise you and you will not be the first who felt in love with this city.
Beaches:
The Costa Calida (warm coast) and Costa Blanca (white coast) offers very clear water, sandy, well kept and still quiet beaches. Mass tourism did not yet discover this part of the Mediterranean Sea. The average water temperature is 18 C (in August 24 C). The shallow waters of Mar Menor are even warmer (in wintertime 18 C) and due to the lack of waves perfectly suited for swimming. Due to its high mineral content there are also several mud baths for healing purposes. The Mediterranean coastline offers very clear water, many long and sandy beaches, but also small bays.
