Pelican Beach Villas offers six separate beach front villas each offering incredible views of the calm turquoise Sea of Abaco.
Features include: two bedrooms(queen & twins), each with a private full bath, modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, Cable TV and all the other necessities. Each villa offers Central air conditioning as well as ceiling fans in every room will keep you cool.
A coin-op washer and dryer are on site.
The living room, decorated with rattan and tropical colors, opens to your own private deck through French doors offering magnificent views of the outer cays and a natural white sand beach at your doorstep.
Mermaid Reef is located off the shore of Pelican Beach Villas having the best snorkeling in Marsh Harbour.
Space is provided for your rental boat at the private boat dock for the villas.
With a telephone in each unit, it makes it very easy to call a taxi for those trips to the grocery store and times when you want to go shopping or out to dinner. Within a five-minute walk, you will find yourself at the Jib Room restaurant, overlooking the Harbour, which offers specials on Wednesday and Saturday nights with entertainment and island music.
Enjoy the beautiful sunrises from your own private villa or alfresco dining at the water's edge.
