Our brand-new, luxurious, waterfront house (finished July 2001) is the ideal spot for a relaxing vacation. Fully furnished and tastefully decorated, our house will be sure to please every guest. The lanai is ideally suited to sunny breakfasts by the pool, comfortable shade for dining, or just relaxing in the afternoon and evening. The pool area stays sunny most of the day. Most rooms feature wonderful views of the water and pool area. Marco beach is 2 minutes away from the house. Fantastic Tigertail public beach (our favorite) is only five minutes away. The warm Gulf of Mexico waters and beautiful, white sands of Marco's beaches are perfect for water, sand, and shelling activities. All the amenities of home are provided, including a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with Corian counters and up-graded appliances. There are two master bedroom suites, each with its own private bath; the second-story suite features a private, screened balcony with spectacular water views. The kids will enjoy the Nintendo system and there are many toys for playing inside the house or in the pool. Enjoy the peace of mind of knowing that all doors, including pool area, will signal if opened, and kids can be supervised on the lanai from all the main rooms. Once you have rented our house for a family vacation, you will never want to go back to a hotel!
