The condo is located in the town of Loiza about 25 minutes east of SJU airport. This is a new apartment complex, looking out towards the Atlantic Ocean. It has a gate for beach access. The complex has a gazebo and a pool perfect to share with family and friends. All the hotels and casinos in Isla Verde are 25 minutes away, and within 30 minutes you are in El Condado area. Luquillo Beach and El Yunque Rain Forest are within 30 minutes east; and accessing the toll road to go to the South part of the Island is really easy. A full service grocery store (Pueblo), the Belz Factory Outlet, Sam's, Kmart, and restaurants are within 5 - 8 miles from the condo. There are also local restaurants within 2 miles of the condo specializing on delicious fresh crab dishes. The condo is fully furnished with 1 queen size bed in the master bedroom, a full size bed in the 2nd room and 2 twin beds in the 3rd room. It accommodates 6 adults comfortably.
