The village has supermarkets, bakery, banks with ATM, internet facilities, hairdresser/ beauty. A local guide can offer walks in the natural reserve of Garajonay National Park or the more experienced walker can do this independently. Car hire can be arranged prior to arrival or at the hotel Tecina or in the village. The local airport can be used for flights to Tenerife North or Gran Canaria.
