Located in a private residential neighborhood and close to everything. The ocean and miles of sandy beach are 100 yards away. Views of the ocean and mountains. The main living accommodations are on the upper floor of a 2 story home with ocean and territorial views including Haleakala. The main house has 3 bedrooms. The master has a king, the second twins and the third bedroom has a queen bed. The main living area is open and contains a kitchen, dining room , living room and library. Decks face the ocean and Haleakala. The pool house overlooks the private pool and contains a studio kitchen, bath and an L-shaped area with a double bed, bunks and a double hide-a-bed. It is not large and perfect for a couple. couple with children or 6 youngsters. The home is locate in a private residential neighborhood close to everything. Walk to tennis, golf, scuba, wind surfing, surfing, snorkeling and beach walking. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment are within walking distance. Makena, Wailea and hotel entertainment are nearby. The home is fully equipped and a resident manager is on site. The interior of this home was completely remodeled in the fall of 2008. New windows and doors, new kitchen and bath, new floors and ceiling and new furnishings were installed. It is new and wonderful.
